Our Notion

Puppy yoga combines simple meditation, health & relaxation, and mat based yoga moves while you get the joy of cuddling and playing with the cutest of puppies. All pets are free to run, walk and play in one of our venues while you do Yoga. I have personally found that spending time with puppies & kittens can give you a positive mindset, help you unwind and reduce stress levels and make you feel genuinely happy.
